1. What we collect

We collect the following personal information when you interact with our Services or submit an enquiry form:

  • Identity & contact details: name, email, phone, company, job title, business address.

  • Technical & usage data: IP address, device/browser information, pages viewed, and interactions captured via cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & Analytics).

We do not collect account logins, payment details, or application/CV information. We do not intentionally collect sensitive information.

2. How we collect personal information

  • Directly from you when you submit forms on our website/app.

  • Automatically through cookies and similar technologies implemented via our website platform (Wix) and analytics tools (see Cookies & Analytics).
We do not buy personal information from third parties.

3. Why we collect personal information (purposes)

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and provide quotes or information about our services.

  • Manage customer relationships and service delivery.

  • Conduct analytics to maintain, protect, and improve our Services and user experience.
We rely on these uses as necessary for our legitimate business operations and, where required by law, your consent (e.g., for non-essential cookies/marketing).

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand website performance and the effectiveness of our marketing. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies to collect usage data (e.g., pages visited, events, referrers, approximate location).

  • You can manage cookies via your browser settings.

  • If you use ad-blocking or privacy tools, some functionality may be impacted.

  • Where required, we will present a cookie notice and obtain consent for non-essential cookies.

5. Lawful basis & applicability

We primarily operate in Australia and apply the APPs. We do not specifically target EU/UK or California residents. If you are located in a region with additional rights, you may contact us to exercise them and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

6. Disclosures & service providers

We disclose personal information to trusted service providers who help us operate our Services, including:

  • Website hosting and platform: Wix.

  • Analytics/marketing tools: Google (GA4) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

These providers may process personal information on our behalf and only as directed by us. We may also disclose information to professional advisers (e.g., accountants or lawyers) and to regulators or law enforcement if required by law.

7. Cross-border transfers

Our service providers may store or process information outside Australia (including the US, EU, UK, Israel, Singapore, or other locations). Where practicable, we take steps to ensure your information is handled in a way that provides comparable safeguards to the APPs.

8. Retention

We retain enquiry and customer-related records for 12 months after any contract ends (or, if no contract is formed, for a reasonable period after our last interaction) unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes. Technical logs/analytics data may have different retention periods controlled by our providers.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege access, and security features provided by our platform and vendors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if we become aware of a notifiable data breach, we will follow applicable laws.
